Upon successful completion, these credits can lead to a Food Processing Certificate or counts as an Enterprise Course in the B.S. Degree in Diversified Agriculture and qualifies for testing for certification by the Guild.

To meet the requirements of the Revised 2013 FDA Food Code, which regulates food retail and safety, the Wild Food Gatherers Guild will be offering, separately, Independent Certification Tests for the various skill sets..

Tuition:   $250 Course Only; $100 for 1 credit.
Housing: $30/night - bring your own linen, if interested indicate at time of registration..
Food:  Food is not included in the course but there will be lunch available in the campus dining hall. There is also a McDonald's and Subway less than 5 minute from the campus and, of course, you're more than welcome to bring your own lunch.
